Their food is absolutely among the very best in Pittsfield. Usually I eat at the restaurant but this was my first DoorDash here. Delicious, fresh, highly recommended. I love their Beef Shawarma sandwiches, and their fabulous soup. Everything is fresh and homemade. Give them a try - you won't regret it. Yum!

I've been ordering from Sofra Turkish for a few years now. The owner and his wife are very kind. I usually order the kofte Combo rice and turkish soda, the grape leaves, and the Turkish Ayran drink. It's extremely filling and I usually have leftovers later to eat the next day. The grape leaves can vary; sometimes they're suuuuuper tender and other times they're a bit stiff, but they always taste good. If you're unused to Ayran, it's a bit of an acquired taste (the first time I drank it, I was unsure if I hated it or loved it...and kept sipping at it to figure out what I thought; I decided I liked it and now it's one of my favorite warm-weather drinks) but I do recommend it.

My go to is the kofte Combo rice and turkish soda. Comes with 6 pieces of kofte, rice, raw red onion, peppers, pickle, and almost like a pita/naan type bread with a sauce. For me this is two meals, but its so flavorful and filling I have found myself ordering twice a week!!
I'm happy to have this in Pittsfield, there is truly nothing like it. Eventually I will explore the rest of the menu, but for now this is perfect for me.

Chicken Shwarma is always amazing, first time trying the wings & they were a little soggy, the container could have used a little vent to prevent that in the future. Will definitely order the Shwarma again!

As far as I'm concerned, my favorite burger in town is actually the 6 Pieces Kofte. Juicy, well-seasoned, tender, and flavorful. Nice medley of lettuce, tomato, red onion, lemon, and pickled vegetables. I LOVE the pickled peppers! And you get plenty of flatbread. It's wonderful. 5 stars!
