There were none of the sauces that I requested in the bags. My items, such as the French Toast Sticks and groovy fries, were very bland tasting.

Everything tasted fresh, it was well packaged, nothing was missing from the order. Would for sure order again from this Sonic. I ordered the Original SONIC Smasher™,Soft Pretzel Twist ,Ched 'R' Peppers ,SuperSONIC® Double Cheeseburger, and the Chili Cheese Tots. Amazing!!!

Fries looked old. as if fried in old oil or grease or cooked too long.

I ordered a combo and a shake, and they put my shake in one of those dome lids with the big opening on top, leaving the shake completely exposed. That is nasty and not sanitary, especially for a delivery order. My drink had a proper flat lid, so there was no reason the shake couldn’t have been covered properly too. I didn’t feel comfortable eating it like that and ended up having to throw the shake away. Definitely not okay, and Sonic needs to do better with how they package their shakes.
