Shake was completely melted. As if the machine wasn't ready. Food was kind of as if it was reheated in a microwave. Don't know who worked today cause usually they're good.

I didn't get my Footlong Quarter Pound Coney Combo, but it was replaced with a bacon smash burger with tots and chicken bites. Taste was ok, portion solid, freshness good.
