The meat was surprisingly good, didn't have too much expectations from the other reviews but I'll definitely order from here again!!

After a poor experience with Soonta about 18 months ago I tried again .. while it wasn't as disappointing as the first time this still had left me feeling very underwhelmed with the quality and order - simple instructions for the bahn mi was not done eg pls add chili to roll ( no chili added ) then order Octopus balls but this was unavailable so instead of refunding this they decided to add 1 X Potato Croquette which I cannot eat so - this was disappointing as no effort was made to contact about a substitute or just providing a simple refund. The quality of the roll was about a 5/10 for the price they charge is rather disappointing.. Attention to order details were poor in this Instance 2/10 - 2nd chance given last time customer.
