ordered 2 plates that comes with a salad for each plate and got 2 salads but only one plate. called them, and they said the dasher took one plate. When I argued that the bag was sealed upon receiving, they couldn't comprehend the issue. paid for 2 plates got only one and they said to come to the restaurant to get a plate. I dont think they understand the basis of ordering out.
