This tropical chicken over brown rice is incredible!!!! I was craving hot and healthy and man oh man did they deliver!!!!!! Still steaming and insanely delicious! Incredible portion too. Thank you!!!

I usually love Sovereign for their freshness as I recently stopped ordering from Bento because the raw tuna/salmon always ends up having a foul taste. I recently ordered a Build Your Own Poke (Large Bowl) and not sure if it was the tuna or the salmon, but for the first time in months, the fish tasted awful and had a rotten taste to it. I became so nauseated from the taste that I unfortunately had to throw the rest of my bowl away (which was disappointing considering the specific item I order is not cheap). I would love to continue ordering but only if the next time I order, the quality is fresher and more consistent. The taste is usually phenomenal, but that specific day the poke bowl definitely didn't seem as fresh.

My favorite spot for a Poke Bowl! Large portion and both the veggies and the fish are always very fresh.

Food was tasty and fresh and my order was correct. The teriyaki bowl portion was small for the price, with only a couple of pieces of each topping and mostly a lot of rice in the bowl. The miso soup was good! I was disappointed in the portion so might not order again.

Second time I order a large bowlwith extra protein, this time I ordered 2 extra.
The bowl was full with rice, and some fish from everything I ordered but a funny amount for the price paid.
Why charge extra money then not put extra fish?
Theres supposed to be a good distribution between rice and fish, especially if if paid extra, twice.
