• 25-08-20This is how much you get for a $7 coffee.... can't even bother to fill the already small cup. Everytime I order a bagel NOT toasted, they toast it. Cream cheese is always straight liquid.

• 24-06-09Giving 3 stars because I usually love this place. Today, the cream cheese on my lox bagel was so flavorless and very "liquidy" ... not even sure it's actual cream cheese. Literally has a mayo consistency. For a $17 bagel sandwich, this is unacceptable. Never been like this before

• 26-06-09I first time I ordered a few days ago the bagels were fresh and soft even when toasted. Today the bagels were hard and tough. Not as fresh.
