I specifically asked for no whip on one Coffee Frappuccino® Blended Beverage as I have a dairy allergy. they put whip on it anyway. also I asked for the cookie crumble on top of another and did not receive that. for the price I pay i expect them to do it right. flavors are always on point though. when I can drink what I ordr that is.

My white mocha tasted so bitter - I am really disappointed. It tasted like they forgot the white mocha all together and just poured some milk into the coffee with no sugar :( usually they do a great job, but I guess someone was having a rough morning.

My kids hot chocolates were all milk and a dash of chocolate, not rich like usual, disappointing, my daughters gave it 1 star, only because they like warm milk
