First time trying the Iced Cherry Chai Latte and it's so delicious! Thanks for warming up my Chocolate Croissant it really made it 10 times better!

I appreciate the kind gestures of the positive tags on the cups. In addition, thank you for bagging the warm foods separately from the cold beverages as well as including straws. It's the small touches that really make a difference. The Monday morning team is amazing!

They used the wrong milk in mine and also it's half full. The same at the other ones are not full. Our order is always messed up and I don't know why it's so hard. They also never include straws with drinks that require straws.

drink was literally a qtr of the drink empty.Iced Shaken Espresso there were no signs of package being open. or the drink tampered.package was clearly unopened by dasher.

This Pumpkin Spice Latte was the worst that we have had. It seems like they forgot to add the pump flavoring. And the Chestnut Praline Latte was very watery and had little flavor. This Starbucks location is one we will avoid in the future.
