Iced Caramel Macchiato was good! Exactly how I ordered it! Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich was super delicious, better than McMuffins! Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal is a great deal, as most add ons are free. I got brown sugar, honey, and mixed nuts and it was delicious!

All 3of my beverages are delipious!The Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, to me, is the best pumpkin coffee blend out there. I'm loving the addition of protein cold foam! My Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher & Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher are the perfect blend of lemonade and fruity goodness. I truly enjoy the way this location blends their drinks.

I have a very specific order, so I called the store that this order went to to double check that they had gotten everything properly. This store I've had problems with in the past, but they read everything back and it sounded right, and this tastes terrible. I asked for blonde espresso and this is definitely not blonde espresso. The ice is melting so the water has only barely made it less bitter, but it shouldn't have been melted anyway.

The baguette was ice cold. The coffee was spilled all over the bag and my food. The coffee does not taste like an Iced Caramel Macchiato. It taste like coffee with heavy cream and Caine syrup. Im a barista so I can tell the taste of coffee apart. It just didnt taste how it usually does whn I get an Iced Caramel Macchiato. I was very disappointed because it costed me 28$ through door dash and I did not get my moneys worth.

They sent me an empty cup that said "out" instead of trying to remedy and get me something else. I can't believe the level of poor customer service at this store.
