about 60% of the time I order from this location the brisra cant read and messes up the order. ordered a Trenta and some how they gave me a Tall. My recent order I opted for non dairy cold form. they decided to just give me no foam at all on the order. I did call the locationand they read the order back and just said "Contact the customer service they will just give you your money back." recommend going in person if possible to so you have the option of having them remake your order on the spot when they mess it up.

I the Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich and the Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was good and helped me wake up I was sad about the fact that the drizzle I paid extra for was missing on the Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage

The coffees were not packaged well and the opening in the lid was not plugged or covered up so the coffee spilled inside the bag a little.

Coffee leaked all over bag and the poor delivery driver. Either the lid or the drink spout was not placed on correctly.
