I ordered a ice matcha latte, and protein caramel matcha latte , but they were completely watered down. Normal matcha has a vibrant green color and a strong, distinct flavor (typically made with around 4 scoops). The drinks I received are barely green, tastes like plain milk, and clearly has less than half the standard amount of matcha (maybe 2 scoops max). I did not get what I paid for.

The Starbucks cup was sent without a proper seal, and the lid was partially open when I received it. Since the drink was not hygienically sealed, I don’t feel comfortable consuming it and will not be drinking it.
