My Strawberry Açaí with Lemonade always tastes like nothing from this store. Each time. Very inconsistent flavor. Better off ordering from the one in Latham. As this one's inconsistency and workers are not comparable.

Order came and bag was leaking and about half of the Carmel ribbon crunch was gone. The pumpkin loaf while it was soft, tasted old and burned.

drinks keep spilling in the bags they use they should probably go to the mcdonald's method, though because the drinks from there never spill

I order an Iced Matcha Latte with Lavender cold foam. It arrived to my with a sticker nor bag and it looked like this. Matcha was mixed. It also tasted off, sort of like chalk. Very gross. Very disappointed.
