• 25-11-18Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it's a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. I went on to explain to her that in addition to the food being bad the last 2 times I ordered, that my drink has also arrived spilled twice in the past week. My doordasher even sent a pic saying "they didnt package it right, the drink is spilling", with a picture attached showing the green starbucks sticker on wrong

• 25-04-02Please stop using the bag closure stickers on the coffee. It never comes off right! Its gross!
Food and drinks otherwise are great. Just please stop with the stickers.
