when I received my coffee I noticed it was missing the splash of cream and mentioned it to a barista and they said they will put some. I left after getting my coffee back. When I got to work, I tried it and realized it was mostly cream and was also missing the sugar that was supposed to be in there.

How is this a Venti. And it looks like it's still missing oak milk. I always get this drink and it never looks this dark or not topped off
