When I got my order at the door, it was not in the bag. It didn't have a sticker over the opening of the drink plus, the drink was not made properly the coconut milk and the juice have separated, and the strawberries look like they were thrown in on the top.

Does not taste good at all, instructions were not followed for all extra items paid for. $13 cup of coffee now going to the trash.

I have ordered Iced Matcha Latte few days ago and the flavor was very off and was very watery and had no matcha flavor, I thought it's because of the ice so this time I said no ice but than it's worse than before it's almost all milk, I think they put less matcha powder for delivery because I always order in store and have no problem and I have worked at Starbucks and had no problems. I'm not sure what's happening. I love love love the bagel though.
