when I asked for no ice usually they dont listen and still add a bunch of ice but they actually listened! thanks! they fully filled my drink up and it tastes great! so does the Cinnamon Coffee Cake that ordered. Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher was amazing and i cant say anything about freshness since the bakery items are probably made hours before but I would order again

I ordered a White Choclate Mocha. What I got was a Hot White Mocha that was only hot milk that smelled and tasted like burnt milk. It was undrinkable. I would like a credit on my account please.
