I don't know why, but since last week I've been ordering from Starbucks, and none of my drinks been filled all the way !!

The tea was no Iced Black Tea. Instead it seemed to be chamomile or something herbal. For the cafe latte I asked for no foam, and there was foam and about an inch of empty space between the liquid and the brim.

y'all need to have better customer service there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to pick up my coffee order that I placed 20 minutes before and it's literally on the counter behind the lady refuse to give me my order. only after having to pull out of a long drive through Lane to get out and still have to wait 20 minutes for in order that's already prepared. I have got the exact coffee order for years. now why when I decide to go to a Starbucks in a lesser part of town. now the taste of the coffee is, the portion of the coffee is not anywhere near the top with the whipped cream or that was requested. the freshness of the coffee was not there, very watered down. would I order again, definitely not from this location.
