As much as I love Starbucks, the delivery of their drinks seems to be lacking innovation. I received my hot drinks with no sleeves and a small round sticker covering the drinking slot. The sticker did not stop the liquid from spilling. Granted it would have spilled much more without the sticker so I appalled the effort. Luckily I get Starbucks often enough that I have extra sleeves. I love my Caffè Mocha and my sister loves her Caramel Macchiato. My mocha has extra shots and extra chocolate to balance the taste of bitterness and sweetness. Anyone who loves hot chocolate, will love the mocha.
