The matcha Iced Banana Bread Matcha didn't have ANY BANANA BREAD COLD FOAM. Highly disappointed. It tastes just like a regular matcha latte. I wouldn't order this again. The portion was fine and so was the freshness but I was really looking for it to taste like how it usually tastes with the caramel crunch.

They put a disgusting amount of caramel at the bottom of a small Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage which I did not ask for and ruined my drink

When it first opened they made my drinks perfect. However lately there has been missing items and the drinks have been terrible. They forget the crumbles,syrup etc. I was excited because it was close to my home but I won't be ordering from them in the future.
