I always order the Starbucks cold brew without ice so it doesn't water down. Never have received it not fully filled. A little dssqpointed to spend over $6 on a simple black coffee for it to not be fully filled.

The drinks are amazing and the food is fresh, but I was given the incorrect size of my drink. The sticker on the cup said Venti but the drink was actually in a grande cup. Pretty disappointing.

They must have run out of stoppers but the tape over the Iced Starbucks® Blonde Vanilla Latte lid was not the best solution. I had to pick off all the paper bits and the sticky stuff does not wipe off clean. Since I decided I don't want all that againt my lips we are going sans lid. Most of the cheese on the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich stayed in the bag.

I ordered holiday specials and did NOT get the red cup for the day as promoted. I was also not notified if they were out of stock or not. I tried to call the store and they sent me to Voicemail twice.
