They placed the snowman cookie I ordered in the same bag with hot coffee! The cookie is completely melted! Totally irresponsible on Starbucks part.

#1 the fact that there isn't an iced option is pretty frustrating and on top of that, you cannot add special instructions. The fact that there are so many other options for different syrups, espresso shots, and milk but not simply for an iced option is kinda wild. I ordered a venti Chai Tea Latte and a grande Pumpkin Spice Latte which my parter and I prefer iced drinks over warm. #2 once the drinks arrived, we both took off the lids and there was about 1 1/2 inches of empty space from the top down. I don't usually order a venti, but when I do, I expect it to be full.
