The Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade was spilled in the bag. 1/5 of the trenta drink was spilled.
Usually very satisfied however not today.

Downtown Hilo Starbucks are inconsistent. I'm always missing something from my order. I paid an extra $1-2 for cream cheese for my Everything Bagel and they forgot to put the cream cheese in the bag. I had to eat a dry bagel :(

My coffee was less than half filled for the grande pistachio cortado. We paid for grande. And also half filled on the tall pumpkin spice. This is unacceptable!
