again, i love this store so much. everyone is so so nice, i'd definitely order again. the drinks are immaculate, the cheese danish is very good. the drinks are refreshing.

I will not be getting Starbucks from this locatio for a while. I added the Raspberry Pearls in which I did not get and was charged for them. I received more Coconut Milk than the pink drink and this has happened the last few times I have been to this location. I had about 5 strawberries and I ask for two servings.I ordered the bagel but did not know it was not in my bag until my dasher left and there was a little note from Starbucks stating they were out which is understandable but they did not refund me .I never get this kind of service from any other Starbucks ,so I will not be ordering at this location Cox Road in Gastonia again .Very Faithful disappointed customer

The bacon on the Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich was double smoked fat. About 98% of the bacon on this sandwich was fat on 2 separate orders from 2 different locations. Who's deciding that's what people want? It's not crispy whatsoever and mostly fat.

The KM store is super inconsistent, they'll get my order right for a few days but then they'll mess it up for weeks. It goes back and forth constantly.
