the other reviews are tripping. this starbucks usually does me right. maybe a mess up 10% of the time but we're human

Very disappointing as this is my favorite drink No whipped cream or the requested cinnamon & no toppings as advertised which absolutely make the drink For $9 I expect more just tastes like a basic watered down latte with no favorCaramel Brulée Latte

This is supposed to have toasted coconut with coconut syrup. Because it is a coconut macchiato, and that is in their description. This had no coconut syrup no toasted coconut flakes on top. Just the Ube foam. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in town and they always mess up the drinks. I don't understand. I was a barista. It is not hard. It's literally a formula that you follow. For paying $15 for you to not make this correctly is absurd. Even if I paid five dollars why is it OK to not follow the standard your company set out? Please take the time to appreciate that. People aren't making as much money and you should value your customers who still support you. This was my once a month treat, and it was incredibly disappointing.

Every time I order more than 2 things, they forget something. Even if it's as simple as a wrap or a sandwich.

My regular drink certainly did not contain 7 pumps of vanilla.
