My Chestnut Praline Latte was only 3/4 of the way full. I paid a lot of money for not a full beverage. Even if it had whipped cream that melted, it shouldn't have had 3/4 of a cup of whipped cream.

I ordered a iced coffee and a sandwich, for BREAKFAST, they just sent coffee without the sandwich. They sent me a gift card, without to ask if i wanted refund or credit. Gift card isn't for breakfast, they were supposed to call and replace the FOOD.
