It wasn’t the driver’s fault. The issue was that the Starbucks employee did not place a cup holder in the bag, so it spilled almost immediately. Starbucks should be issuing a credit and an apology to both the driver and myself, as the drink spilled on the driver’s seat and all over my floor. The driver was handed back the bag.
