The caramel macchiato was not prepared the way we requested, line the cup with caramel sauce, and paid extra money to have caramel drizzle. The opening of the lid was taped with green tape so tightly, I needed a knife to remove some of the tape, in order to get to the drink... there was no straw provided. This was a bad experience. Usually this Starbucks is wonderful, but today they missed the mark completely 😢

I had to pay almost $2 extra for Cold Foam and this is all they added. This isn't worth $2 at all. So disappointed.

I get this coffee almost every day, and it was made wrong. All that was put in it was mocha and the oat milk and none of the other ingredients.
