Usually everything is great but my coffee was more flavored milk, really disappointing to get a 7.00/glass milk

Only get my order right about 60 percent of the time. I wish they'd make the labels bigger so the baristas could actually see the small print--so much food/drink waste!

They made my Mocha Latte a Peppermint Mocha when it was supposed to be a Mocha Latte with Vanilla syrup added. Through the door dash app I had to pay exta for whipped cream and chocolate curls on top. Those were not included in my drink either when I received it. I went back and they did remake it for me, but it was oily for some reason and had espresso grounds floating in it. Not the first time that's happened to me at this location recently. Not sure if something has changed, but very disappointed this time.

They were out of one of the brownies that I had ordered & compensated me for it. And the coffees were delicious! I appreciate the effort of accommodating for me!
