The toasted coconut latte had tons and tons of nasty crumbles of hard. I don't even know what's in it and it's not like that every time the last time I ordered it was smooth without anything in it. I have no idea what's going on.

Needed a refund this drink is just completely liquid there's no ice this was supposed to be a Black Cat Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and it's just black looking juice it's not a frappe that I got someone there didn't frappe it up right at all I got a cup of syrup gross
