Both of our fries were not even full. The chili was just a little over half full. The onions on my burger were charred. This is the worst food we've ever gotten from here!

Last order was literally inedible. Ordered 2 double steakburgers with ketchup & mustard. Got one plain, and another sandwich, plain, with kaiser bun and a bunch of bacon. That's it.
Meat was burnt to a crips and tough as rubber. Bun was stale.
Just awful. A shame because when they're made properly, they're very good.

They forgot half of my order. There was no drink delivered and no chicken strips. I didn't notice the chicken was missing until after I reported the drink missing so I was just out of the money. Some very expensive fries.

Steak 'n Shake's Garlic Double Steakburgers are incredibly delicious 😋! Their thin fries🍟 and Double Butter Steakburgers are also super tasty too.
