My burger did not have any of what I ordered. No mustard, no onions and no pickles. The cheese sauce must have been sitting under a light all day because it was dried out and barely any cheese inside the container. My shake was transported without any cover over the opening Of the lid. I took pictures in case you wanted to see what was delivered.

onions smelled rotten (I work in a kitchen, I know the smell of expired products) did not eat the Western BBQ 'n Bacon SteakburgerFrisco Melt was fine.
Buffalo Sauce did not receive though I paid for extra sauces.

Why was the entire meal a salt lick ? The food was thrown together like the staff hated me. I never experienced this in person and I go often. I always seem to have this unconcerned experience with the same night manager. Other than that I still love my neighborhood S&S . Just treat every meal like it's paid for - KB

I was missing a Fry, Diet Coke, and High C. My Double steak burger had bacon on it, I didn't order bacon. All of my fries I did get were half filled, smashed, and cold: the burgers were cold as well. I will likely not order steak and shake through door dash and will go in person, or through drive through going forward.
