I have had Steak Escape many times and have never been disappointed but this was not a quality order. For both the Grand Escape and the Triple Cheesesteak, the meat barely covered the bottom of the bun. Also could not locate the onions or mushrooms on the Grand Escape. The only redeemable part of the order were the fries.

Baked potato was incorrect and extremely dry. I ordered the potato with extra cheese sauce and bacon and PAYED for both. Salad was BROWN!!!! I couldn't even eat it.

There is so much bone in the sandwich that I cannot take a bite without almost breaking a tooth. And the amount of fries I got for how much I paid is disappointing. Never had this experience before.

The cheesesteak is a bit bland and tastes like a lot of preservatives and additives are used. But the quantity is ok for the price.
