Food was fire af bussing down my burger while typing fries crisp and flavorful burger juicy drink grrrrreat came w lotta napkins which I appreciate so much and I feel full after eating half my double cheeseburger w extra pickles but imma finish and food wasn't cold 10/10

I just spent 45.00 on 2 burgers so full of grease they wrapped them in 2 paper wrappings and it still seeped from the bag & they charged me 6.99 for a OREO® Mint shake that weighed nothing because there was literally only 2 inches of actual shake and the rest of the cup was full of whip cream with a cookie crumbled on top so if you order a shake tell them no whipped cream so you actually get a milk shake and not just a cup of whipped cream. Will NOT be ordering again it was such a disappointment.

My paper came ripped also my food was not crispy soggy very greasy I had no patty barely any meat portion also very raw was not fresh would not order again without better service

My Bacon 'n Cheese Double Steakburger wasn't made how I ordered it, it had ketchup on it when I didn't add it on my order. Also, my Beef Tallow Tots™ were greasy to the point that I couldn't enjoy them..this isn't normal that my order is wrong so this moment was a complete let down

The burger was so thin it was splitting in pieces and there was only 1 patty not 2. The onion ring portion was very small. It was all tasty, but poor value for money in my opinion.
