They forgot our fries, we ordered an upsize of the onion rings at an extra cost and we got exactly 3 onion rings. I'd hat to see how many a small would get if a medium order is 3 onion rings. Ordered two drinks got no straws. Tried to contact Steak n Shake to provide feedback and they didn't pick up the phone after 15 rings so leaving the negative feedback here. Will be a long time before I order again.

Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo The sandwich I received was a work of art! it was beautiful enough for any advertisement. Whoever made it cared. they also made it so if you are keto I didn't have to eat the bun to get all the flavors. They made it exactly as I requested. I'm very happy you have the cane coke back.Ingredients were fresh!

The Garlic Double Steakburger Combo was mediocre. The burger was not what i expected. I bar tasted the garlic and it was just a plan double steakburger with cheese. I order the large chillie fries, don't get it save the extra 4 dollars it's not worth it. As for the Reese's chocolate shake it's a 6/10.

Food was hot and fresh, tasted perfect! Usually Steak 'n Shake's aren't all that great nor fresh but this location is amazing. Great job to the staff! Highly recommend this restaurant if you're like me and are nervous to order food and have it arrive cold or not high quality. 5 Stars! (:
