first time doordashing an I must say the service was great an my dasher was respectful an nice an handle my food with care.....thanks (SHABRINA) Now the food on the other hand was Amazing steak n shake never let's me down even on down days lol the Chili Mac is a must try!!!!! see you again my steak n shake FAMILY

Either I was really hungry or the food was really good 😊
I don't normally get the burgers because the patties aren't as thick as I'd like. My food was fresh, delicious, and 2 patties were better than one. I'll ddefinitely have the Double Steakburger Double Cheese Combo again!

The onion rings were grossly undercooked. Fresco melt was ok, but the bacon burger was almost smashed flat. This was a packaging issue; not a delivery issue.

Great to know I can buy Beef Tallow Fries™ here instead of fries somewhere else that are usually cooked in peanut oil or canola oil, which is not a good thing for sure. Just be ready to add your own sea salt for these fries as they come unsalted.
