Food was okay. Fries were really salty unable to eat. The burger was good. Portion size was good. Food was fresh. My shake cut was finally filled up and they actually followed my instructions with no whipped cream but still included my cherry. Thank you Steak N Shake.

I ordered the Frisco melt meal along with the barbecue sandwich and two Nutella shakes with out cream. Everything actually came pretty good this time. The portion size of the shakes was not consistent. They were not completely full. Yes I will order again. The food was hot. I just really wish that when we do the shakes I keep asking for no whipped cream and they keep giving it to me. I still want my cherry and I would like my cups filled which unfortunately they're very inconsistent with doing that if I say no cream, I get no cherry I don't say not to put the cherry or the extra Nutella on the top and I don't know what else to do about it but the family is dealing with that part at this time. Just wish they could correct it the freshness of the food was great the burger they loved and the onion rings actually were warm compared to the fries. We just received previous order so I will order again.

chilli 5 way!!! if you have not tried this you need to! it travels well and is so cheese and so good! The chocolate shake is always on point!!!

Fries were hard and cold and chili was watery. Not the usual thicker sauce that it once was. Also beans were hard like they weren't cooked long enough. Disappointed as I have always been into steak and shake for their chili.

The Bacon 'n Cheese Double Steakburger Combo and Frisco Melt Combo is our go to order. Always good but the Orange Cream shake was a new choice and it was so good! Only complaint is that when I tried to pull out the Popsicle the stick came out and I lost the popsicle in the shake, which is sad but no one's fault. And it didn't take away from how great the shake was! Pro-tip: gently try to take the popsicle out as soon as you get it to loosen up the shake around it, maybe that way you'll still be able to get the popsicle out.
