the fries were old and cold and i didn't even wait that long for my order. seems like they just gave me old fries. the Side Cheese Sauce was one giant piece. the 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo were so small it was comical, the milkshake is the only thing that saved this meal.

lid did not fit the shake chip well so I spilled half of it when I picked it up. original steak burger was quite small as well. fries were tasty but cold( they expected that so put reheating instructions on the bag) not really interested in waiting for my food then waiting to preheat the oven lol. what i had tasted good but not really worth the price

Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger was so greasy. the paper it was wrapped in was completely saturated with grease. the grease dripped all over my Chili 5-Way lid. I had to sop the grease off my lid. also Beef Tallow Tots™ were very well done and hard as a rock. very disappointed.

frisco melt was soggy and barely toasted...looked like it was just 2 pieces of cold bread. burger patty was extremely rare

Done with this place. If you've ordered from here over the years, expect the size of your next burger to be half of what you usually receive.
