Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger was so greasy. the paper it was wrapped in was completely saturated with grease. the grease dripped all over my Chili 5-Way lid. I had to sop the grease off my lid. also Beef Tallow Tots™ were very well done and hard as a rock. very disappointed.

lid did not fit the shake chip well so I spilled half of it when I picked it up. original steak burger was quite small as well. fries were tasty but cold( they expected that so put reheating instructions on the bag) not really interested in waiting for my food then waiting to preheat the oven lol. what i had tasted good but not really worth the price

I ordered extra cheese and got basically none :( Paid 1.25 more for extra and barely hot any at all...booooo.

Done with this place. If you've ordered from here over the years, expect the size of your next burger to be half of what you usually receive.

the burger was very good but the lettuce was old. the onion rings were good. The chocolate shake tasted likes strawberry at first than tasted awful. I ended up throwing it out. I will not be getting shakes from here again
