This was terrible service. The food was cold. The dasher left on time and arrived on time so it for sure was not the delay of the dasher. The burger was dry. No bacon as ordered. Bread was hard and cold. I order cheese for the fries that was not delivered as well. Bag was sealed upon delivery.

Once again, super disappointed. I ordered cheese fries and didn't get the cheese. I ordered the garlic double and it was a plain burger with no garlic. the chili 5-way was filled about a third of the way.

the order was done almost 10 minutes early which was perfect. not missing anything and burgers were exactly as ordered. I customized them both and they were hot, fresh and perfect. both meals were great.

Forgot my straw, fries were stale, too much mustard on my Single Steakburger with Cheese Combo. I don't think i would order this again.

the Chili 5-Way had almost no chili, no onions. just noodles and cheese. no fork or spoon to eat it and I'm at a hotel clearly. we threw it away because we couldn't eat it and it was JUST noodles. great waste of $9
