Wing wasnt as expected and way to big looks like it came from a modi chicken. Also doe taste smoked more like under baked. And the .Spicy Pep-N-Rollie werent what I expected as well.

I like your pies but the dough is never cooked enough and very chewy. I'll wait another 15 mins, let the crust crisp up. I always end up putting back in oven on a stone.
