The ice cream here is truly amazing. so rich and creamy. it's like soft serve. Can't wait to try more of their extensive list of flavors and toppings. I went with 3 Quart Sized Ice Cream's to save for later. I got the banana, grape, and Dr pepper this time.

This was our first, and now last, time ordering from here. The ice cream (Regular) was so small, they didnt include the waffle cone I paid for, and the ice cream lacked flavor. Was really disappointed especially considering it was $24 for two small, tasteless, and inaccurate cups of ice cream.

Ordered 2 shakes, there was TONS of chunks of ice as if it wasnt blended completely? There were barely any of the extra paid add ons (heath bar and brownie) inside and the straws were the way to thin, between the chunks of ice and tiny straws, it was impossible to eat without a spoon. Terrible shakes.

I am lactose intolerant and I was thinking Sub Zero was just like all the other ice cream shops not having alternative. Today I was wrong there is SOO many alternatives. I choose almond mint flavor with chocolate chips. It's the best damn ice cream I've ever had 1000/10 I totally recommend
