Bread was hard as a rock for both sandwiches. When I come in person-I usually ask for it to be double toasted and it is never even close to this burnt. I honestly believe they are doing this on purpose because they don't want to make the orders. We didn't get the cookies we ordered nor did we get the drinks. Probably better to go somewhere else. I did get my $30 of my $60 back for the missing and inedible items. I should've listened to the review for this place before ordering. They don't want to make your food and they are going to make sure you don't want to order from them again.

My sandwich looked like somebody was squeezing it and there's no toppings on it. It's just meatballs not even cheese.￼

Cinnabon® Footlong Churro (190 Cals) was super dry and stale, tasted like an old, mildewed cardboard box. Yuck. 

#20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch was great though. No complaints on the sub.
