I ordered a repeat footlong Turkey sandwich. The preparer didn't pay attention to my request details, and so neglected dill pickle slices. Worse, the preparer put beetroot on the sandwich. I never order beetroot. I didn't order it this time. The sandwich was ruined for me. I picked off the beetroot but the damage has been done. Please ensure that the preparer knows what they are doing.
