The sandwich was not warm and the chicken and the vegetables did not seem as fresh as usual and there was not enough sweet onion sauce on it. I typically order a foot-long each week and this is the first time that I have gotten one that was not satisfactory. This is my favorite and I love it. Just wanted to give some feedback so that hopefully next time when I order it won't be like that thank you.

If you want your sandwich hot eat elsewhere. They absolutely refuse to heat the meat on the sandwiches, even on the ones that are supposed to be hot. The Steak & Cheese -12" was ice cold. There was no salt or pepper, even though it was ordered. The Auntie Anne's® Footlong Pretzel was bland and tough. The Oatmeal Raisin(Quantity 3)  were doughy and undercooked. There was not a single correct item on this order.
