The subs were standard subway fare all instructions were followed.  The new items  which I was excited to try leave much to be desired.  The Auntie Anne's® Footlong Pretzel , is NOT a pretzel is is a glorified breadstick with NO flavor , it tastes like wonder bread. and the Cinnabon® Footlong Churro  is only a tad better but undercooked and spongy.  Again not a Churro . Just don't waste your money. Subway stick to subs and leave the rest to the professionals.

there were 4 pieces of chix on there. I order this all the time and never seen anything this before. disgusting. I got a lettuce and mayo sandwich

very little on it, not toasted like I ordered, ordered extra meat footling what o got 2 six inches with 3 meatballs on each yes I know that a foot but still i ordered a foot long with extra meat and if you check the website reguler sub comes with 8 meatballs I got six not even the amount on a regular Meatball Marinara

I ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread for my BMT. I also asked for oil and vinegar as the condiment for my sandwich. As you can see from the picture, there's practically zero herbs on this bread and only one spot of cheese. This bread used to be one of my favorites, but is apparently gone way downhill. Not to mention this particular piece is rather stale, hard and dry. And speaking of dry, there's very little oil and vinegar on it, making it even more dry and hard to eat. Completely disappointed.
