Walking in to pick up the order and the aroma made me even hungrier than I was. You can see that everything is freshly made. The meats are delicious, the sides amazing. I wish the corn bread came with some sweet butter but it's good just as is. We decided to eat in the hotel room which is right next door because we brought my pup with us. The smell is intoxicating to him and he is waiting for some food fo fall on the floor. Give this place a try. It's so so good.

I never leave reviews but this was bad. The 2 Meat Combo Plate is so overpriced for the amount of food you actually get. There was almost no meat and the meat we had tasted old and was tough. The mac and cheese had zero flavor and a pretty terrible texture. I've also never had a bad chocolate chip cookie in my life...until now. It literally tastes like sawdust with some chocolate chips in it. The Brisket Toasted Ravioli was the only good thing we got but for how bad everything else was and how expensive the whole order was, I'm super disappointed.

I received 2 small pieces of brisket that were 1/2 fat and not at all tender, the turkey was good, the sides were small and of average quality (mac and cheese and potato salad). I would not order again, not worth the price.

I ordered their Pork Plate 8 Oz which came with 2 sides and a drink. I also want to mention that I placed the order on a Friday evening during what I would expect to be the dinner rush.
The smoked pork was fantastic, as always! My sides were the baked beans and the hashbrown casserole. The beans were great... smoky and sweet. The hashbrown casserole was not good at all. The potatoes were undercooked and the rest was mushy. I would have removed a star for it but for 2 reasons... 1) I've never had a good hashbrown casserole at any restaurant and 2) Everything else was so good I didn't even miss it.
Do I recommend Sugarfire to anyone who loves great BBQ?... Heck Yeah!
( just skip the hashbrown casserole )

My 3 meat combo was dry as possible without being bark. The pulled pork was great but the ribs tasted microwaved or nuked. Sad paid for extra sauces didn't get them. I used to order a lot of sugar fire but lately quality is really suffering. Can't even pull the brisket apart with one hand . Dry is an understatement. Very disappointing .. 100 dollar for two apps two combos and it wasn't even worth it. Will be going to pappys and contacting sugar fire. 5 little slices of tomatoes for 8/9$ that's crazy
