• 24-09-28Ordered Couples Burger Feed. Food tasted great and fresh. Amazing seasoning on fries, burger was crispy and coleslaw tasted good too. However, quantity of food less than expected. small size patty in burgers, large fries not good enough for sharing and coleslaw also not enough for sharing between 2 people. So that was disappointing as didn't fully satisfy hunger. And what meal doesn't come with drinks included nowadays. No drink options as part of deal also disappointing. But 4 stars for taste alone!

• 24-06-28They forgot the slaw 🙄 We only ordered a couples meal for crying out loud. Apparently chips for a "couple" is smaller than one large chips from KFC. On top of this the chicken is absolutely tasteless and the batter is sickening, if you want it tossed in flavouring it's another $3 and it's already 2-3 times more expensive than KFC or Ollies. Why would anyone ever pay for this? Never again.

• 26-03-17We ordered Ultimate Feed and the coleslaw was embarrassingly small. Big cup for a tiny portion. My partner got 3 individual slices of cabbage in her Hot Hone Chicken Slaw and Chips (4061 kJ)y The chicken was tasty but for the price is not worth it for a family of 4

• 24-06-22Didn't receive my Soft Drink 600mL and asked for no pickles only on one of the burgers but didn't get any on the other either. The burger had no salad whatsoever, the chips were nice and crunchy but very small amount for being large and costing $9.95. The sauce was good as well, and chicken well cooked but overall the fact that I had nothing to wash the food down with made it a much worse experience than what it wouldve been

• 25-07-03Unfortunately the Hot Honey Boneless Chicken (3319 kJ) was really soggy. The portion was good, but it wasn't spicy as advertised. I've ordered here before not sure if the thighs are just that way because the tenders were really good.
