Such incredible and thoughtful service! I am gluten-free so I asked the restaurant if they could sub something and they did and they even included gluten-free soy sauce for me without me even asking. I have ordered from this restaurant probably 20 times and will continue to do so, because the food is incredible and it's such a great value and nothing is ever wrong with my order.

Food was fresh, portions were decent, everything was beautiful! Adequate napkins, chopsticks, and soy sauce were all included. Ginger was undyed and the wasabi was smooth and creamy. Lettuce is included under sushi, so you can store in fridge for a few hours if you need to save some for later. Delicious meal!

They forgot my drink, Extra Ginger .BUT theS3.. Salmon Lover and Salmon Poké make up for it entirely. I ate the whole thing by myself, it is by far the best sushi and raw poke bowl I have ever had in Ottawa! Well worth the price, even with a mising drink- they supply the chopsticks, napkins, extra supplies like ginger,wasabi, soya sauce, fortune cookies, etc.AMAZING I will order from here from now on!! Great portions! Top of the line Freshness! I am thrilled!

It was my firsr time ordering from Sushi Eki. Idk what took so long for me to order. The sushi quality was good and tasty. I ordered Torch Hokkaido Scallop (2 Pcs), Torched Original Butter Fish (2 Pcs), Torched Spicy Tuna (2 Pcs), Torched Spicy Salmon (2 Pcs), Torched Original Salmon (2 Pcs), Salmon Roe / Ikura (2 Pcs), and Salmon / Sake (2 Pcs). I ended up sharing some of the aburi sushis with a friend. The roe was a bit too salty, but the rest was all cooked well and the sauce was just in right amount. I also ordered Sweet Potato Tempura (6 Pcs) which was good too. It was just right crispy. They looked pretty too. I liked how they gave lots of soy sauce.
