I order here often. I have chronic illness so I need delivery. Up until the last 3 orders I write 2 spicy Mayo in the notes under the sushi. First time they didn't include, second time they didn't include and I had to go to pick it up. They did give me a free California roll for my inconvenience. Todays order I asked for 2 spicy Mayo and they sent 4 and charged me close to five dollars. All the other orders they have only charged one dollar a cup. I just don't understand why they just don't add it to the menu so then everything goes smoothly. I love this place but I like my sushi with extra spicy Mayo. So now I'll be be hesistant to order

Of all the Sushi joints in the area Express has been the most reliable in both quality and time. Highly recommend the Tiger roll, I get at least one every time.

The order took 3 hours to be delivered. I called twice and they told me 15 minutes each time. They dashers waited there for 2 hours!

They need to read instructions better and understand schedules in advance. My order was although prepared early, was way too early for me to pick up. That's why I schedule in advance.
