Amazing!! Finally a good authentic Japanese restaurant in Kelowna! (I've moved from Vancouver.) The rice was seasoned nicely, cooked well (with a bit of bite but soft), and the ingredients were fresh! This is the first time I liked raw fish and sushi in Kelowna. Also the presentation is beautiful!! I am part Japanese and grew up eating Japanese food at home everyday so I'm quite picky and I think this is great and authentic :) Excited for the next time I can eat from Hayashi :)

Honestly.. was kinda gross. The Dynamite Roll (8pcs) had a weird green mushy stuff in it that i've never seen before, and it was so small. The Pork Gyoza (6pcs) was soggy and not super appetizing and had a weird mix in it unlike any other Pork Gyoza (6pcs) Ive gotten..

veggie rolls were good but the spicy tuna roll had no flavour, dragon roll was absolutely not worth the price. restaurant did not follow directions regarding the order. if you're ordering vegetarian rolls, they are good, otherwise I would skip this.
